Steve Pelmore Jr is a native of Chicago, Illinois. Steve earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics & Finance from Tennessee State University and a Master of Taxation from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Steve is a former Army Logistics Officer. He served more than a decade including a combat tour to Mosul, Iraq. Steve worked as a Tax Compliance Officer and Field Agent with the Internal Revenue Service for more than six years. He has worked in various tax positions within public accounting prior to joining Blankenship CPA Group. Steve has earned the IRS Enrolled Agent Credential and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the State of Tennessee. Certifications
